 FISH MOLEE


 

Ingredients:

  • Fish - 1/2 kg (fillets)
  • Fresh Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
  • Coconut milk - 1 cup (thick)
  • Onion - 1 (chopped)
  • Turmeric Powder - 3tsp
  • Pepper powder - 3tsp
  • Garlic cloves -  4 to 5 crushed
  • Ginger - 2 tsp (grated)
  • Coconut oil or Ghee - 3 tbsp
  • Green Chillies - 2 to 3
  • Curry leaves - 2 tbsp

 

Recipe Direction:

  • Clean and cut fish into fillets. Marinate with lemon juice, pepper, turmeric powder and salt for 30 minutes.
  • In a microwave sage bowl , put oil or ghee, also add curry leaves, onion, garlic and ginger and microwave for 3 minutes at 100% power.
  • Add  coconut milk and marinated fish fillets and microwave covered for 10 to 15 minutes at 100 % till the fish is cooked. Cover and stand for 5 minutes. Serve hot with boiled Rice, Appam, Idiyappam, Roti or Bread.


 


 

Salt to taste.
