FISH MOLEE
Ingredients:
- Fish - 1/2 kg (fillets)
- Fresh Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
- Coconut milk - 1 cup (thick)
- Onion - 1 (chopped)
- Turmeric Powder - 3tsp
- Pepper powder - 3tsp
- Garlic cloves - 4 to 5 crushed
- Ginger - 2 tsp (grated)
- Coconut oil or Ghee - 3 tbsp
- Green Chillies - 2 to 3
- Curry leaves - 2 tbsp
Recipe Direction:
- Clean and cut fish into fillets. Marinate with lemon juice, pepper, turmeric powder and salt for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave sage bowl , put oil or ghee, also add curry leaves, onion, garlic and ginger and microwave for 3 minutes at 100% power.
- Add coconut milk and marinated fish fillets and microwave covered for 10 to 15 minutes at 100 % till the fish is cooked. Cover and stand for 5 minutes. Serve hot with boiled Rice, Appam, Idiyappam, Roti or Bread.
Salt to taste.
