CREOLE FISH
Ingredients:
- Pomfret Fish - 10 fillets
- Tomato Gravy - 2 tbsp
- Capsicum - 1 (sliced)
For Garnish:
- Spring onion - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Fresh cream - 1 tbsp (or) Grated Cheese - 1 tbsp
Method:
Wash and apply salt to the the fish fillets and keep for 30 minutes.
In a shallow serving dish spread one portion of the tomato gravy and lay in capsicum.
Place the fish fillets on top of the gravy and spread the remaining portion of the tomato gravy over the fish.
Microwave covered and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning the dish around after 5 minutes.
Sprinkle spring onion and cheese over it and serve hot.
