 GREEN FISH FRY


Ingredients:

  • Whole Pomfret fish - 3  (or)  Salmon fish or tuna fish
  • Green chutney - 1 cup
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon wedges  for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Clean and apply salt and 2 tsp lemon juice to the fish. Keep for 20 minutes. Wash Thoroughly.

Stuff the cleaned fish with green chutney. Melt 3 tsp of butter  in serving dish and place the whole fish in it. Microwave covered  with 100% power for 5 minutes .

Serve hot with lemon wedges.
