MUSTARD FISH - BHAPA MAACH
Ingredients:
- Fish - 10 medium size pieces
- Turmeric powder
- Mustard oil - 3 tsp
- Onion - 1 (grated)
- Red chillies - 3
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Water or coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
Wash fish and apply salt and turmeric powder and keep for 20 minutes and wash the fish again, apply salt .
Microwave covered in a flat dish, the oil, onion and red chillies for 3 to 5 minutes stirring in between. Stir in garam masala and water or coconut milk.
Put the fish in and microwave covered for 10 to 15 minutes, turning the fish over once in between.
Serve hot with boiled rice.
